Deputy Pulls Off PIT Maneuver To Stop Fleeing Robbery Suspect

* (Disclaimer: The content in this video is intended for educational and informational purposes only) North Bend, Washington — On August 16, 2026, King County Deputies responded to reports of a robbery at a North Bend store, where three suspects fled with stolen merchandise in a white Kia that was later determined to be stolen. The suspects headed westbound on Interstate 90 and refused to stop when deputies attempted to pull them over, leading to a pursuit. A deputy executed a successful PIT (Precision Immobilization Technique) maneuver to stop the vehicle, and another deputy prevented one of the occupants from fleeing on foot. All three individuals were arrested, transported to a hospital for medical evaluation, and then booked into jail on investigation of theft.
